<p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p>
<p>St Paul’s College is seeking applications from experienced Secondary Teachers and Leaders to fill the role of Pedagogical Coach (Years 7-12). This significant position leads, coaches, and assists teachers to implement the college’s pedagogical framework, to ensure continuous improvement, and best outcomes for teaching and learning. Reporting to the Head of Teaching & Learning (Years 7-12), the Pedagogical Coach (Years 7-12) has a POR 2 allowance commencing in Term 1 2026 and is underpinned by a permanent teaching position. </p>
