The Lead Psychologist - Counselling Team leads the provision of high-quality counselling and associated support services for St Joseph’s College students.

<p>&nbsp;</p> <p><i>Founded in 1881 by the&nbsp;Marist&nbsp;Brothers, St Joseph’s College is a boarding and day secondary boys’ school, whose Catholic identity is shaped by Marist&nbsp;spirituality and&nbsp;traditions. Governed by Marist Schools Australia, the College enrolment&nbsp;is approximately 1,100 students.</i></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Lead Psychologist - Counselling Team&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><i>Full time, ongoing, commencing as soon as practicable by mutual agreement</i></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Lead Psychologist - Counselling Team leads the provision of high-quality counselling and associated support services for St Joseph’s College students. In carrying out their duties, the Lead Psychologist will role-model the highest standards of professional conduct and collaborate with staff across all areas of the College. They will strive to create a dynamic, responsive and high-functioning counselling team that is trusted and respected by students, families, staff and the wider community.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Lead Psychologist is a registered psychologist and eligible for professional association membership (APS, AHPRA or equivalent). They are directly responsible to the Head of Student Wellbeing,<i>&nbsp;</i>who reports<i>&nbsp;</i>to the Director of Students; and is responsible for the leadership, professional development and workflow of the Counselling Team.
