This <strong>full-time</strong> role is scheduled to commence on <strong>Tuesday, 27 January 2026</strong>. <p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>
As a <strong>High Potential and Gifted Education Leader</strong>, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy, responsible for leading the strategic development, implementation, and evaluation of programs that identify and support high potential and gifted students across all domains of potential: intellectual, creative, social-emotional, and physical. This role ensures that the school provides a challenging, inclusive, and differentiated learning environment that nurtures excellence and promotes equity. This role involves working collaboratively with staff, students, and families to ensure that the needs of high-potential learners are met through differentiated instruction, enrichment opportunities, and tailored learning plans.<br><br>

You will have attained:</p>
<ul>
<li>a tertiary qualification in Education</li>
<li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)</li>
<li>Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools">Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead</a>.</li>
