Wenona is seeking a Director of Enrolments to report to the Principal and deliver excellence in enrolments, engagement, and community outreach.
<p>Reporting directly to the Principal, Wenona is seeking a Director of Enrolments to develop and lead the Wenona’s enrolment strategy. This role will oversee enrolment management and stakeholder engagement, ensuring the Wenona attracts value-aligned families and maintains full enrolments across both day and boarding. The Director will lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service, community outreach, and positive engagement. With a deep understanding of the independent school sector and a commitment to girls’ education, the Director will drive values-driven, data-informed strategies to attract and retain students who will thrive at Wenona.</p>

<p><strong>The Position</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and deliver a comprehensive enrolment strategy aligned with the Wenona’s vision and goals.</li>
<li>Analyse enrolment data, market trends and stakeholder feedback to inform planning and decision-making.</li>
<li>Oversee the end-to-end enrolment process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for prospective families.</li>
<li>Manage the Scholarship program, including applications, testing and interviews.</li>
<li>Work with Communications and Marketing to deliver effective, targeted enrolment campaigns.</li>
<li>Represent Wenona at open days, tours, expos and key community events, building strong relationships with feeder schools and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Lead, mentor and develop the Enrolments Team, fostering collaboration and service excellence.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with CRICOS, NESA and other regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and reporting.</li>
<li>Provide regular enrolment data, analysis and projections to the Principal, Board and Enrolments Committee.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Principal and Chief Operating Officer on budget development and monitor year-to-date enrolments performance.</li>
</ul>
<p>This is a permanent full-time position.</p>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>To be successful in this role, you will bring significant experience in enrolment management, within an independent school setting, along with relevant qualifications in education, business or marketing. You will be a proven leader with strong strategic, organisational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage and inspire a high-performing team. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, while advanced ICT capabilities, including enrolments software and CRM systems, will support data-driven decision-making.
