<p><strong>About the role:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>The College is currently recruiting for the role of Teacher’s Aide within the Primary school. There are multiple roles currently available, some of which are based within the classroom, and others within the Diverse Learning department.</p> <p>The successful candidate will be expected to:</p> <ul> <li>Assist classroom teachers in delivering quality learning experiences for all students</li> <li>Provide individual and small-group support to students with various learning needs</li> <li>Foster a safe, inclusive, and faith-filled classroom and playground environment</li> <li>Support the Maronite Catholic ethos, values, and mission of the school&nbsp;</li> <li>Help prepare learning resources and materials as directed by the classroom teacher</li> <li>Assist with the supervision of students during class, transition times, and school activities</li> <li>Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to enhance student learning outcomes</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Essential Selection Criteria</strong></p> <ul> <li>A Certificate or Diploma in Education Support</li> <li>A current NSW Working with Children Check for paid employment</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The roles are being offered on a temporary fixed term basis commencing 27 January 2026 for a duration of 1 year.</p>
