<p>We are seeking a person with strong administrative and organisational skills to be the Principal’s EA. RHAC encourages Christians involved in a church community to join our staff team.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the Principal’s calendar.</li> <li>Manage correspondence and perform a range of administrative tasks to support the Principal’s work.</li> <li>Arrange agendas and take minutes as required.</li> <li>Perform some administrative tasks for the Senior Executive team (The Principal and the Heads of Junior and Senior School).</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key skills and attributes</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perceiving the needs of the Senior Executive team and taking appropriate steps to support their work.&nbsp;</li> <li>Able to manage sensitive and personal information securely and confidentially.</li> <li>Strong skills using Microsoft applications and an ability to learn and effectively use other applications and ICT systems.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Work hours and the employment contract</strong></p> <p>This is a full-time role during school terms. During school holidays, the successful applicant is likely to work for approximately 3 or 4 days in each of the autumn, winter and spring holidays. Over the Christmas summer break, the Principal’s EA will return approximately 1 week before staff and students return in January is likely to work for a few days after students finish at the year. However, school holiday work arrangements do have some flexibility and are open to negotiation.</p> <p>RHAC employees who are not teachers are employed under Independent Schools NSW (Professional and Operational Staff) Cooperative Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2025 (CMEA). This is more commonly referred to as the PAOS agreement. The CMEA outlines salaries and employment rights and responsibilities.&nbsp;</p> <p>Under the CMEA this position will be classified as a Clerical and Administration Services Employee - Level 5.2.
