<p><strong>Position of Additional Responsibility available</strong><br><strong>Faculty Leader</strong><br><strong>Commencing January 2026</strong></p> <p>Faculty Leaders provide leadership of their respective faculty, including curriculum and learning, teachers and pedagogy, and facilities and resources. Faculty Leaders play a critical role in ensuring the College offers a high-quality and contemporary learning offering that supports students to achieve personal excellence and readiness for future study, work and life.&nbsp;</p> <p>A time allowance of approximately 0.4FTE is provided to fulfil the responsibilities of the position.</p> <p><strong>Faculty Leader – Creative Industries</strong><br><strong>Full time, fixed term position</strong><br><strong>January 2026 – 10 December 2026</strong><br><strong>Faculty-Specific Responsibilities – Creative Industries</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee the curriculum, teaching and learning for all Drama &amp; Theatre Arts, Visual Arts, Media Arts and Dance subjects across Years 7-12.&nbsp;</li> <li>Act as the producer for the annual College Musical.</li> <li>Manage College Operation Staff across Creative Industry areas to support Faculty operations, such as resource ordering and resource preparation.</li> <li>Oversee equipment &amp; facility use and maintenance, ensuring the faculty meets WHS requirements</li> </ul>
