Teaching Positions - Classroom & RFF
Contract Type: Permanent/Ongoing Position Full Time

We are seeking both full-time and part-time teachers to join our team commencing in Term 1, 2026.
<p>In 2026 the school will have enrolments from Years 3-8, comprised of two small classes. Each class will have approximately 5-10 students, a Class Teacher and Learning and Wellbeing Assistant. </p>
<p><strong>Class Teacher</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Permanent Full-Time (1.0 FTE)</strong> – teaching a stage-based class (Stage 2: Years 3–4, Stage 3: Years 5–6, or Stage 4: Years 7–8). </li>
<li><strong>Part-Time options</strong> will also be considered for the right candidate. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>RFF Teacher</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Permanent Part-Time (0.4 FTE)</strong> – providing RFF teaching across both primary and secondary classes. </li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Applicants should be able to demonstrate the following:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Thorough curriculum knowledge and excellent teaching practice </li>
<li>Ability to structure lessons to meet the diverse academic and wellbeing needs of students </li>
<li>Special Education qualifications are desirable. However, applicants without formal qualifications are encouraged to apply if they:
<ul>
<li>have experience teaching students with diverse needs, OR </li>
<li>are willing to undertake relevant professional learning or short courses as identified by the Principal (not necessarily further university study) </li>
</ul></li>
<li>Capacity to create and maintain safe, inclusive, and challenging learning environments, including the development and implementation of learning and behaviour management plans </li>
<li>Experience working with students with disability </li>
<li>Ability to incorporate a Christian worldview and Biblical truth into lessons </li>
<li>Strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork </li>
<li>Positive contribution to the culture of the College community </li>
<li>Strong technology skills </li>
