Central West Leadership Academy is inviting Expressions of Interest for teaching positions in 2026. Candidates with experience in the International Baccalaureate (IB) are highly encouraged to apply. As we plan for the year ahead, we anticipate new and continuing opportunities across both our primary and secondary settings, including: Primary School Coordinator Primary Teachers English/History Teacher Additional roles across K–12 may also become available.
<p>We are looking for educators who:</p> <ul> <li>Hold relevant teaching qualifications and NESA accreditation (or are eligible)<br><br> &nbsp;</li> <li>Are passionate about personalised, student-centred learning<br><br> &nbsp;</li> <li>Understand and apply current, research-based pedagogy<br><br> &nbsp;</li> <li>Value collaboration, inclusion, and community engagement<br><br> &nbsp;</li> <li>Are committed to professional growth and student wellbeing<br><br> &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Experience with inquiry-based learning, project-based learning, or the International Baccalaureate is welcomed but not essential.</p> <p>Roles may be offered as full-time, part-time, contract or casual, commencing&nbsp;<strong>Term 1, 2026</strong>.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Relevant Industrial Instrument:</p> <p>Independent Schools (Teachers) Cooperative Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2025</p> <p>Classification:</p> <p>Band 1 – Band 2 Step 13 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)</p>
