The Central West Leadership Academy (the Academy) is a not-for-profit, independent school in Dubbo, NSW, committed to delivering high-quality, innovative education. We are seeking an inspiring and strategic leader to serve as our Principal, responsible for the day-to-day management and future growth of the Academy.

This includes:</p> <ul> <li>Delivering exceptional educational outcomes in line with NSW curriculum and the IB framework.<br><br> &nbsp;</li> <li>Leading, managing, and developing staff to achieve their highest professional standards.<br><br> &nbsp;</li> <li>Managing enrolments, student welfare, and ensuring compliance with policies, legislation, and child protection standards.<br><br> &nbsp;</li> <li>Overseeing financial management, budgets, and fundraising to support sustainability.<br><br> &nbsp;</li> <li>Building strong relationships with students, parents, staff, alumni, and the broader community.<br><br> &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>About you</strong></p> <p>The successful candidate will demonstrate:</p> <ul> <li>Tertiary qualifications in education and current NESA registration.<br><br> &nbsp;</li> <li>Proven leadership experience in a school setting, with strong knowledge of NSW and IB curriculum.<br><br> &nbsp;</li> <li>Exceptional communication, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.<br><br> &nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in financial management, fundraising, and community engagement.<br><br> &nbsp;</li> <li>A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.<br><br> &nbsp;</li> </ul>
