Redeemer Lutheran College is seeking an experienced Teacher and Leader to take on this full time permanent position commencing 1 January 2026.

<p>Redeemer Lutheran College is seeking an experienced Pastoral Care Coordinator Junior School to&nbsp;take on this full-time permanent teaching position, with a fixed term Position of Added Responsibility (PAR – CL1), commencing 1 January 2026.</p> <p><strong>Skills and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate strong Leadership</li> <li>Demonstrate excellence in pastoral and restorative practices and associated programs</li> <li>Have a strong working knowledge in areas of pedagogy, curriculum, assessment and the use of ICT’s.</li> <li>Work cooperatively with teachers, parents and other members of the Redeemer community</li> <li>Provide excellent pastoral care to students</li> <li>Be registered to teach in Queensland</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
