We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Area Coordinator -Arts to lead and inspire our arts faculty. This role involves overseeing curriculum development, supporting staff, and promoting excellence in Visual and Performing Arts across the school.

The Mambourin Campus is our newest campus, developed in response to growing demand for quality Christian education in Melbourne’s west.</p> <p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a passionate and proactive Learning Area Coordinator – Arts, to lead and inspire our Arts team, strengthen curriculum delivery, and contribute to a vibrant and creative learning culture across our expanding school community.</p> <p><strong>Position Purpose:</strong></p> <p>The Learning Area Coordinator - Arts, leads and manages the Arts Learning Area, ensuring alignment with the school’s vision and goals. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to oversee curriculum, support staff, and foster positive relationships across the school community.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Curriculum &amp; Assessment:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead curriculum development and documentation, ensuring scope and sequence alignment across programs. Oversee assessment design, reporting, and data-driven interventions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Support:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Mentor staff in effective pedagogy, manage class allocations, and support wellbeing. Chair departmental meetings and address student/parent concerns.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Professional Learning:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Engage in ongoing professional development and foster a culture of collaboration and feedback.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Resource &amp; Communication Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage department resources, budgets, and documentation.
