Join a caring and committed team driving impactful change in students involved in intervention programs across Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS). In this meaningful role, you'll provide administrative support to a team of dedicated education professionals empowering schools and transforming student outcomes.<br><br>
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:</p>
<ul>
<li>maintaining literacy and intervention program data platforms</li>
<li>assisting in maintaining literacy and intervention program intranet pages, documentation, and reporting</li>
<li>attending to incoming telephone enquiries and directing calls to the relevant team member or taking messages for timely follow-up</li>
<li>undertaking routine financial administration and basic bookkeeping</li>
<li>preparing and provisioning of census reporting and data internally and externally as required in relation to intervention</li>
<li>developing and implementing administrative practices and processes relating to the Literacy Intervention program and literacy practices in general</li>
<li>any other duties as directed from time to time.</li>

<p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>
We are seeking an organised and professional candidate with the following experience, skills and knowledge:</p>
<ul>
<li>a Certificate III in Business Studies or a related qualification that supports administrative excellence</li>
<li>a proven track record in front-line customer service</li>
<li>experience managing with high-volume data with accuracy and efficiency</li>
<li>proficiency using Google Suite, Microsoft Office and database systems</li>
<li>demonstrated experience navigating complex administrative procedures</li>
<li>sound judgement when handling sensitive and confidential information</li>
<li>previous work experience in a school environment is desirable</li>
<li>a genuine willingness to respect, support and uphold the mission, ethos and teachings of the Catholic Church and the values of Sydney Catholic Schools.</li>
