<p><strong>About the role:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>The&nbsp;Diverse Learning Coordinator (Primary) provides quality Maronite Catholic education for students in the care of the College<strong>&nbsp;</strong>to the<strong>&nbsp;</strong>College Principal (Primary) and/or to his delegates.</p> <p>The Diverse Learning Coordinator (Primary) provides exemplary leadership in Learning Diversity and initiates interventions to promote improved student outcomes and student engagement by modelling best practice.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Diverse Learning Coordinator (Primary) will:</p> <ul> <li>Be responsible for leading the day-to-day running of the Primary Learning Hub</li> <li>Be responsible for the direct supervision of, and responsibility for, the work carried out by the Diverse Learning team</li> <li>Work to support the learning of students with diverse learning needs</li> <li>Enhance the learning of high potential and gifted students</li> </ul> <p>The Diverse Learning Coordinator (Primary) is, firstly, a teacher in their area and is expected to be an excellent role model for other teachers.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Diverse Learning Coordinator (Primary) collaborates as a member of the Primary School Leadership Team.</p> <p>This role is being offered on a temporary fixed term basis commencing 27 January 2026 for a duration of 2 years.</p> <p><strong>Requirements for the role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor of Education degree or higher</li> <li>A Current NESA accreditation</li> <li>Current NSW Working with Children Check for paid employment</li> </ul>
