<p>Living Faith Lutheran Primary School is seeking to employ a Head of Learning and Innovation in a permanent, full-time capacity, commencing January 2026.</p> <p>The Head of Learning and Innovation at Living Faith Lutheran Primary School is a passionate, visionary, and adaptable leader with a strong commitment to contemporary education and the ethos of Lutheran education.</p> <p>As we expand and purposefully pursue our strategic directions, this executive leadership role requires initiative, creativity, high-level organisational skills, and strong people and culture management skills, qualities that will be crucial to achieving our school’s vision. The successful applicant will demonstrate expertise in curriculum leadership, pedagogy, and assessment, with the ability to mentor staff, lead innovation, and ensure the effective use of data to drive continuous school improvement.</p> <p>The Head of Learning and Innovation will report to the Principal and will inspire curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking, ensuring that learning is rigorous, engaging, and future-focused. They will work closely with the Principal and the Leadership Team to deliver the school’s Strategic and Improvement Plans, while modelling servant leadership and fostering a Christ-centred culture of excellence and inclusion.</p> <p>Living Faith Lutheran Primary School is looking to welcome a new member to its Leadership Team.
