<p>Living Faith Lutheran Primary School is seeking to employ a Deputy Principal – Primary in a permanent, full-time capacity, commencing January 2026.</p> <p>The Deputy Principal – Primary at Living Faith Lutheran Primary School is a passionate, driven, organised and adaptable person with a heart for mission and service.&nbsp;</p> <p>As we expand and purposefully pursue our strategic directions, this executive leadership role requires initiative and adaptability, qualities that will be crucial to achieving our school’s vision.</p> <p>The Deputy Principal – Primary will report to the Principal and will have the ability to demonstrate strong pastoral care, service learning, strategic thinking, quality communication and leadership skills. The successful applicant will be self-driven, able to work independently with initiative and take direction.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Deputy Principal – Primary requires a high level of competence in a wide range of areas, including pastoral care, daily organisation and operational management, people and culture management, communications, project planning, and change management skills. Experience in the operations and culture of a school environment are essential. An active involvement in the life of the school is required. Your ability to uphold the ethos of the school and support the teaching of the Lutheran Church of Australia must be demonstrated.</p> <p>Living Faith Lutheran Primary School is looking to welcome a new member to its Leadership Team.
