As a member of the Wellbeing Team, the successful applicant will contribute to the vision, mission and strategic priorities of the College and will work under the Director of Wellbeing and College Leadership team to develop and promote the Pastoral care of students through programs and practices. <br><br><strong>Position Highlights</strong><br><br>

As a Leader of Wellbeing, you will work to ensure that every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy and pastoral programs.<br><br><strong>The successful applicant will:</strong></p>

<li>support the mission and ethos of the Catholic School in the Clarion and Franciscan traditions</li>
<li>show a commitment to promoting and embedding the school's values in pastoral programs and practices</li>
<li>have a strong understanding of contemporary approaches to student well-being and management</li>
<li>show highly developed interpersonal and communication skills</li>
<li>use creative and innovative teaching practices within the classroom to provide a rich environment that caters for diversity and academic rigor</li>
<li>exhibit knowledge of emerging technologies and show the ability to integrate these to enhance contemporary learning experiences</li>
<li>be an innovative educator who is future-focused and has a passion for working collaboratively</li>
<li>have knowledge of the new NSW curriculum</li>
<li>support the literacy needs of all students</li>
<li>utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress</li>
<li>employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback</li>
<li>demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being.</li>

<p>You will have attained:</p>
<ul>
<li>a tertiary qualification in Education</li>
<li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)</li>
<li>eligibility to teach in Sydney Catholic Schools.</li>
