<p>As a middle leader, you will:</p>

<li>Work alongside the CEWF Learning & Teaching Team to implement system-wide improvement strategies.</li>

<p><strong>Total maximum package valued up to $48,300 (incentives will be prorated for shorter placements)</strong></p>

<li>Fully furnished teacher housing available</li>
<li>Rental subsidy - Up to $15,000</li>
<li>Retention payment - Year 1:$5,000 (Increases every year for 5 years)</li>
<li>Geographical allowance - $3,300 per year</li>
<li>Additional Western Leave - 3 days per year</li>
<li>Long Service Leave - Accrued at double normal rate </li>
