This is a strategic and operational leadership role focused on enhancing teacher effectiveness and student learning outcomes within Mathematics. We are seeking an innovative leader to assist in a strategic transition to a new mode of curriculum delivery.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>As a Learning Leader, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead curriculum planning, delivery, assessment, and reporting aligned with SACE and the Australian Curriculum</li> <li>Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented learning environment</li> <li>Mentor and support staff through coaching, performance reviews, and professional development</li> <li>Use data to inform teaching practices and drive continuous improvement</li> <li>Promote innovative and differentiated teaching strategies</li> <li>Build strong relationships with students, families, and the wider College community</li> <li>Contribute to the spiritual life of the College through devotions and chapel leadership</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <p>The successful candidate will hold current South Australian Teacher’s Registration and ideally possess HAT or Lead accreditation. They will demonstrate strong leadership in curriculum development, pedagogy, and staff support, with a deep understanding of Lutheran education and the Christian ethos. Proven experience in driving innovation and fostering community engagement is essential, along with a solid working knowledge of SACE and the Australian Curriculum.
