The role of House Dean is to support the mission and ethos of the College and the Touchstones of the Edmund Rice Charter through leadership within our College community.

<p>The role of House Dean is to support the mission and ethos of the College and the Touchstones of the Edmund Rice Charter through leadership within our College community. </p>
<p>As a House Dean, your primary purpose will be to lead and inspire students, promoting their academic, spiritual, and personal growth. This role works closely with students, parents, and staff to ensure each student feels valued and supported, helping them to achieve their full potential.</p>
<p>This role responsible for overseeing the pastoral care and wellbeing of students within your house, building a strong sense of community and belonging. In addition to, mentoring and guiding students, addressing their individual needs, and encouraging their participation in the broader life of the college. Your leadership will be instrumental in upholding the values of faith, excellence, and compassion that are central to St Patrick's College.</p>
