St Charles' Catholic Primary is a two-stream K- 6 co-educational Catholic School, situated in Waverley. We are committed to delivering a Catholic education that is underpinned by the Franciscan Core Values of 'Peace', 'Simplicity' and 'Courtesy'.<br><br>
We invite collaborative and energetic educators to apply for the temporary full-time (1.0 FTE) position that will begin in Term 1, 2026. This position will be for a K-6 classroom teacher position, five days per week.</p>

The successful candidate will demonstrate:</p>

<li>sound knowledge in K-6 Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies</li>
<li>skill in utilising formative and summative assessments to drive student progress</li>
<li>a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback</li>
<li>a commitment to supporting the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students</li>
<li>excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being</li>

<p><strong>You will have attained:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>a tertiary qualification in Education</li>
<li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)</li>
<li>Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools">Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead</a>.</li>
