The Assistant Principal supports the strategic direction of the school by contributing to collaborative decision-making, goal setting, and the implementation of initiatives that enhance teaching and learning. The Assistant Principla oversees the delivery of evidence-based practices, monitors student progress, and uses data to inform continuous improvement. A strong focus is placed on supporting teachers through professional development, coaching, and mentoring, while also strengthening partnerships with families and the wider community.
