<p><strong>Full-time | Onsite | Ongoing | CEMEA 2022 Category C, Level 3</strong></p> <p>Join a supportive and dynamic school community where you can make a real impact.</p> <p>Sacred Heart College is seeking an experienced and highly organised <strong>College Leadership Team (CLT) Assistant</strong> to provide professional and administrative support to our senior leaders. Inspired by the Mercy values of compassion, justice, respect, hospitality, service and courage, our mission is to educate girls in the Mercy tradition to make a difference in our changing world.</p> <p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p> <p>Reporting to the Deputy Principal – Student Programs and Staffing, the <strong>CLT Assistant</strong> works closely with the Deputy Principals and members of the College Leadership Team. The role provides a wide range of clerical, administrative, and coordination support across College initiatives, events, and governance activities.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Managing day-to-day calendars, correspondence, and College communications</li> <li>Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions</li> <li>Preparing high-quality resources, presentations, and reports</li> <li>Supporting College-wide initiatives, projects, and events</li> <li>Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as a representative of the College</li> <li>Contributing to policy, procedure, and compliance processes</li> <li>Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of College systems and communications</li> </ul> <p><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong></p> <p>The successful applicant will bring:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role</li> <li>Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail</li> <li>High-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with diverse stakeholders</li> <li>Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suites, and the ability to optimise systems and practices</li> <li>A professional, proactive, and flexible approach to work</li> <li>A commitment to the mission and Mercy values of the College</li> </ul> <p>Desirable:</p> <ul> <li>Administration experience in a school setting</li> <li>Membership of relevant professional networks</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Current Police Check and Working with Children Check</li> <li>Driver’s Licence</li> </ul> <p><strong>APPLICATION PROCESS</strong></p> <p>Applications close at 9am on <strong>Wednesday 24&nbsp;September 2025</strong>; however, early applications are encouraged as positions may be filled prior to the closing date.</p> <p>Applications must include:</p> <ul> <li>A cover letter addressing your suitability based on the key responsibilities of the role</li> <li>A resumé</li> </ul> <p>and can be addressed to Ms Anna Negro, Principal.</p> <p>Please note, applications sent directly to a member of the College or from a recruitment agency cannot be accepted.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
