<p><strong><u>The role:</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>International Baccalaureate Diploma Coordinator.</li>
<li>Permanent Full Time from Term 1, 2026 (initial 3-year tenure in leadership role).</li>
<li>Includes Level 2 Leadership Allowance.</li>
<li>Carries a teaching load of approx 0.4.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><u>Duties:</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee and operationalise all aspects of Kambala's IB Diploma program, ensuring all procedural, reporting, and regulatory requirements are met.</li>
<li>Oversee implementation and administration of IB Core (TOK, CAS, and EE).</li>
<li>Monitor and support academic and pastoral outcomes for all IB students across Years 11-12.</li>
<li>Manage all aspects of IB results, including distribution, analysis, and EUR services.</li>
<li>Teach at least one IB subject at Higher Level.</li>
<li>Support the promotion of the IB Diploma across the school community.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><u>The ideal candidate:</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Masters in Teaching and/or post-graduate qualifications in Educational Leadership (or similar).</li>
<li>NESA-qualified to teach to Stage 6 in NSW with any specialisation.</li>
<li>Qualified to teach at least one IB subject at HL.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience coordinating IB programs, including overseeing all administrative elements.</li>
<li>Ability to teach TOK preferred.</li>
<li>Self-driven and able to work autonomously and as part of the academic leadership team.</li>
<li>Outstanding communication and relationship building skills.</li>
<li>Open-minded and forward-thinking in pedagogical and pastoral practice.</li>
<li>A confident and communicative team player who makes a positive contribution to the life and culture of Kambala.</li>
