The Principal is the cultural leader, responsible for shaping a Christ-centred learning environment that nurtures excellence and innovation. Leading a high-performing team, the Principal ensures the delivery of quality teaching and learning, holistic pastoral care, strategic visioning and future planning, staff development, compliance and community engagement. The Principal embodies the School’s Christian ethos and provides spiritual leadership, while maintaining the School’s outstanding reputation and positioning it for future growth.
