<p>Located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Oxford Falls Grammar is a Christ-centred, co-educational independent school committed to educational and spiritual excellence. Founded in 1984, Oxford Falls Grammar is a thriving Kindergarten to Year 12 school that inspires academic achievement, character development and spiritual growth. With over 1200 students, Oxford Falls Grammar is known for its nurturing culture, strong Christian values, and high-quality educational offering. Its expansive and picturesque campus supports a dynamic curriculum, innovative teaching practice, and outstanding co-curricular programs. The school’s mission is to develop each child’s God-given potential through a supportive and future-focused learning environment that integrates faith, learning and life.</p> <p>The Principal reports to the Oxford Falls Grammar School Board for the strategic, operational and educational leadership of the School. The Principal is the cultural leader, responsible for shaping a Christ-centred learning environment that nurtures excellence and innovation. Leading a high-performing team, the Principal ensures the delivery of quality teaching and learning, holistic pastoral care, strategic visioning and future planning, staff development, compliance and community engagement. The Principal embodies the School’s Christian ethos and provides spiritual leadership, while maintaining the School’s outstanding reputation and positioning it for future growth. They will also prioritise wellbeing to support students, staff and families, ensuring a strong sense of belonging and connectedness, and fostering a positive, collaborative school culture and a healthy, thriving community.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Commitment to Christian values with active involvement in a local church and a strong understanding of Christian education.&nbsp;</li> <li>An ability to drive strategy, educational innovation, academic excellence and student wellbeing outcomes.</li> <li>Capacity to build leadership in others and foster a culture of collaboration, growth and high performance.</li> <li>Expertise in executive-level operations including governance, finance, risk, compliance and resources.</li> <li>An ability to manage high level and complex wellbeing matters in a timely and effective manner.</li> <li>Strong relational and communication skills to engage and collaborate effectively across the whole school and wider community.</li> </ul> <p>Offered as a five-year executive contract commencing in January 2026 (or by negotiation), applicants must have a right to work in Australia and be eligible for NESA teacher accreditation and a NSW Working With Children Check.
