<p><i><strong>About the Role:</strong></i><br>
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Science Teacher with expertise in Biology and/or Chemistry to deliver engaging, effective, and innovative Science instruction to secondary students. The successful candidate will be committed to student wellbeing, pastoral care, and the Christian ethos of the School.</p>
<p><i><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></i></p>
<ul>
<li>Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons aligned with NESA curriculum standards for Years 7 - 12.</li>
<li>Design learning experiences that support a diverse range of student needs through differentiated instruction.</li>
<li>Integrate digital tools into classroom practice to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.</li>
<li>Use student learning data to inform planning, assessment, and instruction.</li>
<li>Contribute to the school’s Deep Learning and Professional Learning Team (PLT) programs.</li>
<li>Participate in co-curricular and pastoral care programs as part of whole-school community engagement.</li>
</ul>
<p><i><strong>Essential Requirements:</strong></i></p>
<ul>
<li>NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) teacher accreditation.</li>
<li>Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and academically rigorous classroom environment.</li>
<li>Understanding of, or willingness to adopt, Deep Learning pedagogies and evidence-based best practice.</li>
<li>Commitment to the values and Christian ethos of the Anglican Diocese of Grafton.</li>
