This is a permanent full-time role commencing in Term 1 2026.</p> <p>This newly created role is based on the personalised accompaniment of students and their families as they progress their educational journey from Baptism to Post School Learning. Orientation Days, Discovery days, Parents Welcome Days etc</li> <li>Able to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to coordinate relevant programs ie. feeder schools, community representatives</li> <li>Act as a key contact for families during the transition and/or enrolment process.</li> <li>Able to work collaboratively with key leaders across the school and Diocese such as key leaders in Student Achievement, Wellbeing, Learner Diversity and Evangelisation &amp; Catechesis and Heads of School to share insights, information and support plans for transitioning students.</li> <li>Maintain documentation related to transition programs, including attendance, feedback, and evaluations to measure success and improvement.
