<p>Located in Arcadia, NSW, Northholm Grammar School is a leading coeducational K–12 school in the Anglican tradition.</p> <p>Northholm Grammar is a thriving school of over 700 students, defined by academic rigour, deep pastoral care and values-based education. Set on a spacious campus in Sydney’s northwest, the School is widely respected for nurturing strong character, promoting service, and encouraging students to take leadership of their lives. Underpinned by a commitment to intellectual excellence, personalised learning and holistic wellbeing, Northholm’s culture is authentic, collaborative and aspirational, shaped by high standards and deep purpose.</p> <p><br> The Dean of the Northholm Institute is a newly created role that reports directly to the Principal and is a key member of the School’s Senior Executive.</p> <p><br> The Dean of the Northholm Institute leads the School’s new flagship centre for cultivating excellence in learning, leadership and research. This executive role is relational, hands-on and designed to transform instructional practice through team-based coaching, professional learning and classroom engagement. Leading a focused team of instructional coaches, the Dean will embed a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and research-informed pedagogy, while fostering leadership in both staff and students.</p> <p><br> The successful candidate will demonstrate:</p> <ul> <li>Commitment to actively support and promote the Christian ethos, values, and strategic vision of Northholm Grammar School.</li> <li>Exceptional instructional leadership skills with the capacity to inspire excellence in teaching and learning across Kindergarten to Year 12.</li> <li>Proven expertise in initiating and embedding innovative, evidence-based practices to drive continuous improvement and educational change.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to build staff capacity through mentoring, coaching, and professional learning that fosters a high-performance culture.</li> <li>Experience in leading and building teams, managing resources, and implementing strategic priorities to achieve whole-school goals.</li> <li>Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and the wider community.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Offered as a full-time, ongoing appointment commencing in 2026, applicants must have the right to work in Australia and hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC).</p> <p>Northholm Grammar staff comply with the School’s child safety policies and uphold its zero-tolerance policy for child abuse.
