<p><strong><u>About the Role</u></strong><br>
The Brand and Advancement Manager plays a vital role in enhancing the College’s branding and marketing efforts, increasing enrolments, and tapping into possible income sources including government grants and philanthropic partnerships.</p>
<p>The person will work collaboratively with Executives, Leader of Engagement, Admin, and ICT, to implement strategies that promote the College’s mission, vision, and strategic goals, in line with College priorities.</p>
<p>The Brand and Advancement Manager will be responsible for the following areas:</p>
<p><strong>Brand and Marketing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the College Brand and Marketing Strategy from inception to completion including promotion, marketing, positioning, and communication.</li>
<li>Ensure branding across all platforms in our marketing, documents, culture, etc.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Executive team and staff to create marketing materials that showcase and celebrate the College's achievements and opportunities.</li>
<li>Coordinate social media accounts, newsletters, and website content to engage with the College community and external stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Communication, Collaboration, and Growth</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure all communication is positive and welcoming</li>
<li>Coordinate community engagement initiatives including ideation, preparation, and organisation.</li>
<li>Coordinate and lead major events and engagements.</li>
<li>Collaborate on small-scale events and initiatives with Leader of Engagement</li>
<li>Engage and collaborate with the College community.</li>
<li>Promote publicity of MCHF students and initiatives</li>
<li>Collaborate with other schools (nationally and internationally) on events and initiatives.</li>
<li>Development and implementation of enrolment strategies, policies and procedures that deliver an effective approach to enrolments in line with the strategic direction of the College.</li>
<li>Lead College Associations including Parent Association (PA) and the Alumni Association</li>
<li>Strategic development of College expansion opportunities</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Grant Acquisition and Philanthropy</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Research and identify grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and other sources.</li>
<li>Develop compelling grant proposals and applications that align with the College's priorities and objectives.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with grant requirements and regulations.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and documentation related to grants and marketing activities.</li>
<li>Develop philanthropic partnerships, including alumni members.</li>
<li>Design and execute a comprehensive philanthropic strategy aligned with the College’s strategic goals.</li>
<li>Cultivate and secure major gifts from individuals and corporate partners.</li>
<li>Lead a successful planned giving program</li>
<li>Oversee the planning and delivery of signature fundraising events</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.</li>
<li>Proven experience in grant writing or successful track record of securing grants for educational institutions.</li>
<li>Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to create compelling marketing materials.</li>
<li>Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and website content management.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.</li>
<li>Knowledge of education and nonprofit sector practices.</li>
