Our mission - 'A Christian environment for each student and staff member to develop their God-given abilities for LIFE and community'.</p> <p>Our College values of LOVE, COURAGE, FORGIVENESS, and HOPE are upheld through application of The Endeavour Way,&nbsp;and our community values staff&nbsp;who enthusiastically engage in their work as a Christian vocation that is&nbsp;based on caring relationships.</p> <p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p><strong>Permanent - Part Time – 0.6 FTE (up to 45 hours per fortnight)</strong></p> <p>The Risk &amp; Compliance Officer will work collaboratively across our community to ensure that all regulatory and legislative obligations are met and adhered too.&nbsp; This role will be a central point of contact for risk and compliance matters.&nbsp;</p> <p>Whilst advertised as a part-time, there may be some ability to negotiate the number of hours and or weeks worked throughout the year with the successful candidate.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About you</strong></p> <p>You are highly organised, have excellent communications skills and have an ability to build strong relationships with a collaborative, customer service-oriented approach.&nbsp;</p> <p>You will have experience implementing and maintaining effective risk management systems, knowledge and experience of interpreting legislation, policy development and a strong understand of WHS requirements.&nbsp; We expect the successful candidate to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines, be organised and efficient in their management of data and records, having a focus on process improvement.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>You will have the following mandatory requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Working with Children Check. WWCC (current)</li> <li>Risk of Harm, Abuse and Neglect Certificate.
