<p>Oakhill College is an Independent Catholic Secondary School in the Lasallian tradition, located in Castle Hill, NSW. The College has an enrolment of approximately 2,250 students, with boys in Years 7 to 10 and a co-educational setting in Years 11 and 12. <p>Due to growth, the College seeks an innovative and passionate TAS Teacher specializing in Agriculture & Technology to join our highly successful team.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>
• Deliver engaging and effective Agriculture & Technology lessons that inspire and challenge students.<br>
• Provide practical, hands-on learning experiences across agricultural and technological disciplines.<br>
• Support students in developing skills and knowledge through involvement in agricultural shows and competitions.<br>
• Contribute to the academic excellence and pastoral care of our students.</p>

<p><strong>The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate experience in:</strong><br>
• Teaching Agriculture and Technology across Stages 4 – 6.<br>
• Planning and implementing practical and theoretical TAS lessons and projects.<br>
• Developing student participation in agricultural shows and competitions.<br>
• Creating engaging, interactive lesson plans tailored to diverse learning needs.<br>
• Assessing, providing feedback, and reporting on student progress.<br>
• Developing and adapting teaching programs in line with curriculum requirements.<br>
• Managing student behaviour effectively.<br>
• Applying current pedagogy and educational best practices.</p>
