Scots All Saints College is seeking an outstanding educator to lead our Technological and Applied staff commencing Term 1 2026. This is a permanent full-time position with responsibility for providing leadership to staff and students, curriculum development and implementation and overall management of the Department.

<p>Scots All Saints College is an independent, multi-campus Prep-12 co-educational day and boarding school of 900 students located in Bathurst, Central West NSW. The College is a school of the Presbyterian Church of Australia and provides unparalleled space and learning opportunities in an environment where students can develop academically, culturally, socially and spiritually.</p> <p>Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills are among the attributes most essential to the Technological and Applied Studies Coordinator. In this role, individuals should be enthusiastic, innovative and set high standards. The Technological and Applied Studies Coordinator should be comfortable interacting with a diverse student, staff and parent community. In addition to these important abilities, the TAS Coordinator will have:</p> <ul> <li>Teaching degree (Secondary) with a specialisation in and well-developed pedagogical content knowledge and expertise in TAS</li> <li>Successful teaching experience with the capacity to support and develop improvement in teaching and learning.</li> <li>Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to foster positive relationships with students, peers, staff and parents.</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership of a team, improving the collective outcomes of both staff and student performance.</li> <li>Demonstrated understanding of the NESA requirements for the TAS Key Learning Area Stages Four to Six&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a large and diverse team</li> <li>Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism</li> <li>Highly refined communication skills, both written and verbal</li> <li>Ability to uphold and promote the Christian values and ethos of the College</li> <li>a current Working with Children Check</li> </ul>
