<p><strong>The Role</strong><br> &nbsp;</p> <p>The Director of Students (Years 7-9) holds a significant senior leadership position at Marcellin College, driving a collaborative culture of student wellbeing and high-quality learning. This role champions operational excellence while modelling leadership that is firmly grounded in the Catholic ethos, Marist spirituality, and the College’s Vision for Learning.</p> <p>As a member of the College School Improvement Team, the Director of Students (Years 7-9) exercises college-wide influence and adopts a team-oriented approach to all wellbeing and learning initiatives. Working in close partnership with the Pastoral Care Team, the role supports the holistic development, social, emotional, spiritual, and academic of students in Years 7 to 9.</p> <p>In collaboration with the Director of Learning (Years 7-9) and Year Level Leaders, the Director of Students (Years 7-9) helps foster an environment where students are empowered to become creative, connected, and engaged learners. The role promotes a culture of growth mindset, character resilience, and student agency.</p> <p>The Director of Students (Years 7-9) actively supports the College’s strategic vision and is committed to ongoing professional learning and leadership development.
