The Career & Pathways Strategist plays a pivotal role in supporting students to explore, plan and pursue meaningful post-school pathways aligned with their strengths, interests, and aspirations.

<p><strong>An Opportunity</strong></p> <p>Luther College invites applications for the role of <strong>Career &amp; Pathways Strategist</strong>. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity for a passionate and qualified educator or career development professional who is committed to empowering young people to explore and pursue meaningful post-school pathways.</p> <p>Working in partnership with the Director of Teaching and Learning, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping and delivering a strategic and student-centred approach to career development across Years 7 to 12. Whether you are a registered teacher or a school officer with appropriate qualifications, your expertise in careers and pathways will guide students in their decision-making and future planning.</p> <p>As Career &amp; Pathways Strategist, you will lead future-focused career education programs, provide personalised student consultations, manage external partnerships, and support career readiness initiatives that align with each student’s strengths, interests and aspirations.</p> <p>The successful candidate will be relational, organised and future-oriented, with strong communication skills and a passion for career education that inspires both students and their families.</p> <p><strong>About Luther College</strong></p> <p>Luther College is a faith-based coeducational secondary school driving innovative, contemporary teaching and learning.
