Demonstrated specific expertise and teaching experience in the Primary Years;</p> <p>2. Demonstrated skills in and understanding of the development and implementation of units of work; including the use of documented planning and assessment procedures to ensure high standards of learning occur;</p> <p>3. Demonstrated understanding of managing student behavioural needs;</p> <p>4. Demonstrated ability to relate to the College community in a positive, respectful and supportive manner, maintaining confidentiality and upholding the values of the College;</p> <p>5.&nbsp;An understanding of the individual needs of students and demonstrated skills&nbsp;in meeting these in the context of the classroom and in pastoral care;</p> <p>&nbsp;6. Commitment to Christian Education and support of College ethos.</p>
