<p><strong>IT Officer – Entry Level</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>A permanent part-time (0.6 FTE) position exists for an entry-level IT Officer to commence as soon as possible.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests, documenting and prioritizing issues based on severity and impact&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide initial troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues for staff and students, including software, hardware, and network problems&nbsp;</li> <li>Perform basic data entry and updates in our various systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with school policies&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain clear and effective communication with end-users, providing status updates and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction&nbsp;</li> <li>Create and maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and processes for future reference and analysis&nbsp;</li> <li>Work closely with other IT staff to escalate more complex issues and ensure timely resolutions&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Committed Christian, active in their own church&nbsp;</li> <li>Preferably studying IT or a related field (TAFE, university, or online certification)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Good communication and organisational skills&nbsp;</li> <li>Willingness to learn and follow instructions&nbsp;</li> <li>Reliable and able to work independently once trained&nbsp;</li> </ul>
