We are seeking to appoint a full-time, permanent Director of Sport from 2026. This position is responsible for the development and strategic leadership of Sport across the whole campus (K-12).

<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking to appoint a full-time, permanent Director of Sport from 2026. This position is responsible for the development and strategic leadership of Sport across the whole campus (K-12).</p>
<p>This position would suit a person with significant experience in leading and developing sporting programs for students looking to step into a senior leadership role within an organisation that values excellence.</p>
<p><strong>Duties</strong></p>
<p>The Director of Sport is responsible for:</p>
<ul>
<li>All facets of the Sport program within the College;</li>
<li>Overseeing and developing the Fraser Flames sporting association;</li>
<li>Promotion of an inclusive sporting program for students of all abilities;</li>
<li>Promotion of sporting excellence and pathways to professional, semi-professional fields and the matriculation of students into study/sport opportunities;</li>
<li>Developing policies and procedures for the operation of Sport across the College;</li>
<li>Supervision of staff, sports assistants and volunteers and training of staff within the department;</li>
<li>Developing positive relationships with parents, surrounding schools and outside sporting associations will be key area of responsibility;</li>
<li>Duties and responsibilities as included in the Director of Sport Role Statement.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills, experience and attributes required</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Suitable qualifications and relevant experience. We will consider those with Education qualifications and/or relevant sporting qualifications and experience;</li>
<li>Strong understanding of both club sport and school sport structures would be advantageous;</li>
<li>Demonstration of a high degree of professional sporting integrity;</li>
<li>Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills;</li>
<li>Experience in a range of sports and activities related to this role and to the organisation of sporting events.</li>
