<p>The successful applicant will be:<br> &nbsp;</p> <p>• a dynamic Christian educator whose personal qualities include enthusiasm and optimism;</p> <p>• committed to the ethos, vision and mission of the College for Christ-centred, biblically-based schooling and have a particular calling to excellence within the Secondary faculty;</p> <p>• an active and committed member of a Christian Church;</p> <p>• committed to the ministry of Christian schooling;</p> <p>• an energetic, highly motivated self-starter;</p> <p>• appropriately qualified;</p> <p>• dedicated to the pastoral care of students;</p> <p>• able to provide a stimulating and relevant learning environment which facilitates students maximising their potential;</p> <p>• familiar with differentiated assessment strategies and technologies that assist student success within the classroom setting.</p> <p>In addition to the substantive teaching position, the applicant may apply to be considered for the Sports Co-Ordinator role.
