These Service Areas include: Education and Performance Improvement; Catholic Identity; School and Family Services; Strategy and Special Projects; Finance and Infrastructure; Information and Communication Technology; and People and Culture.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Role&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>The College Technical Support Officer (TSO) works within the CECG Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Team and is responsible for delivering first and second-level ICT support to staff, students, and other stakeholders within the College. This role operates within organisational procedures and service level agreements (SLAs). The College TSO responds to daily technical issues, service requests and managing hardware and software support tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of ICT services within the college and other local systemic schools.
