<p>Permanent full time commencing January 2026</p> <p>St Patrick's College has a long and proud tradition as a beacon of Catholic Education and has been serving the Catholic community in Campbelltown for over 185 years. Today we are the only all girls' school serving the Macarthur region.</p> <p>As a school of Good Samaritan Education, we aim to be a place where "the strong have something to strive for and the weak have nothing to run from".</p> <p>We specialise in the holistic education of girls and provide a safe and welcoming environment which challenges each girl to be the best version of herself where she can grow her confidence and resilience and be empowered to make a difference.</p> <p>We are seeking applications for the significant role of Assistant Principal Students. This role supports the College Principal and works collaboratively with the Assistant Principal Learning and Teaching to ensure the holistic wellbeing of every girl at the College.</p> <p><strong>Essential Criteria:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The successful applicant will be a practising Catholic and have a proven commitment to the faith life of a school community.</li> <li>They will be an outstanding educator with a strong commitment to the education of young women and to the philosophy of Good Samaritan Education.</li> <li>They will have appropriate tertiary qualifications in education and a demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional learning.</li> <li>They will be an experienced, collaborative leader with strong management skills.</li> <li>They will have excellent interpersonal skills.</li> <li>They will be able to articulate and have the skills to realise a vision for wellbeing in an all girls' secondary environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desirable Criteria:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in a similar role.</li> <li>Further or ongoing post graduate studies in an area of adolescent wellbeing.</li> <li>Qualifications and experience to teach RE.</li> </ul> <p>Position description and employment application are available from the College website <a href="https://www.saintpatricks.nsw.edu.au" rel="nofollow">www.saintpatricks.nsw.edu.au</a></p> <p>Applications close at 4pm on Friday 29 August 2025.</p>
