This Executive leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced educator and strategic people leader who is passionate about developing others, cultivating a thriving staff culture, and fostering a Christ-centered professional learning community.&nbsp;</p> <p>The <strong>Head of Professional Practice</strong> is a key member of the Senior Executive Team and plays a central role in leading staff development, performance, wellbeing, and organisational culture across the College.
