The Director of Curriculum is a key member of the College Middle Leadership Team and an exceptional educational leader who drives curriculum excellence, innovation, and consistency in pedagogical practice across the Junior School.</p> <p>Working collaboratively with classroom teachers and the Head of Junior School, this role leads the design, implementation and review of curriculum and instructional practices in line with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) requirements and the school’s strategic direction.</p> <p>The Director of Curriculum maintains a teaching load and models a passion for lifelong learning and differentiated instruction that caters to the diverse needs of all students.&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a full-time permanent role that combines teaching with curriculum leadership across both the Rossmore and Rooty Hill campuses. While a preferred start date is in 2025, a flexible start in 2026 may be negotiated for the right candidate.
