<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>We are currently seeking an Early Childhood Educators who, under the direction of the Centre leaders, will assist in implementing a care program catering to the individual needs of each child within a group setting. </p>
<p>Early Childhood Educators play a crucial role at the College, with each day offering a variety-filled and dynamic experience. </p>
<p>Primary duties include supervising and interacting with the children, setting up activities, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all at our Centre.</p>

<p><strong>You will hold:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent); or</li>
<li>Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent), or:</li>
<li>Certificate IV in Education Support (or equivalent) – Kindergarten roles only;<br>
Current Emergency First Aid Response in an Education and Care Setting certificate;</li>
<li>Current ACECQA approved Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management Training;</li>
<li>Valid Working with Children Check clearance/ Blue Card or the ability to apply for one;</li>
<li>Accredited Child Protection Training;<br>
Completion of an approved child protection training course in compliance with Section 162A of the National Law, effective 1 April 2025. This includes one of the following units delivered by a registered training organisation <br>
(RTO):<br>
• CHCPRT025 — Identify and report children and young people at risk<br>
• CHCPRT001 — Identify and respond to children and young people at risk*<br>
• CHCPRT026 — Support the rights and safety of children and young people<br>
• CHCPRT002 — Support the rights and safety of children and young people*<br>
• CHCECE057 — Use collaborative practices to uphold child protection principles<br>
* Superseded courses still accepted during the transitional period.</li>
