<p>Sheldon College is seeking a professional and welcoming College Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our vibrant school community. This important role is central to creating a positive first impression for visitors, students, and staff alike.</p>
<p>The Receptionist provides exceptional customer service and high-level administrative support in a dynamic school environment. Key responsibilities include managing front desk operations, maintaining clear communication, and supporting the efficient daily operations of the College.<strong> </strong></p>

<p><strong>About you</strong> <strong> </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated experience in a front office or receptionist role, ideally in a school or service-focused environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated high-level interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset with the ability to engage positively with students, parents, staff, and the College Community and visitors.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment.</li>
<li>Advanced written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and mail merge) and school administration systems - TASS (or the ability to learn quickly).</li>
<li>Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks over a day.</li>
<li>Ability to exercise confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment.</li>
<li>Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement</li>
