The Director is an experienced educator with a wholistic lens across all-facets of Secondary School life. An astute collaborator, the Director deftly navigates the needs of diverse stakeholders to enhance student engagement, manage operational effectiveness, and promote an aspirational culture of improvement and growth in wellbeing and learning.</p> <p>The Director of Student Engagement drives the daily culture, operational coherence, and student-centred experience of the 7–12 Village. This influential role involves liaising with and supporting wellbeing leaders, mentoring staff, facilitating student leadership programs, collaborating across departments to seamlessly integrate learning, wellbeing, and operational strategies.
