Kilbreda College is seeking an Office Administration Assistant with excellent interpersonal and technical skills to join our team.

Kilbreda students today have every opportunity to become women of hope and compassion with a personal commitment to justice and the courage to speak out and respond to the needs of others.</p> <p>The College was recently recognised by&nbsp;<strong>The Educator as a 5 Star Employer of Choice</strong>.</p> <p><strong>Office Administration Assistant</strong></p> <p>The Office Administration Assistant is a member of an administration team whose role is to ensure that the College Reception and General Office is a welcoming, supportive, effective and efficient environment for visitors, staff and students. She/he is required to possess a spirit of helpfulness and high levels of patience, courtesy, initiative and understanding in a position where there is a great deal of people interaction.</p> <p>With excellent communication skills, a high level of ICT literacy and an eye for attention to detail, the Office Administration Assistant will have the following key responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Preparation and distribution of a range of College communications to staff, students and parents, including excursion, incursion and camp letters, meeting style and standard requirements</li> <li>Liaising with the Attendance Officer to ensure accurate attendance records are kept and support them in required tasks</li> <li>Support Student and Visitor reception, and the Office Manager following established processes as required</li> <li>Provide assistance with First Aid in the Health Centre, as needed and provide support to the school nurse as required</li> </ul> <p>If you have the following experience, qualifications and personal attributes you may be the person we are seeking for this important role:</p> <ul> <li>Current Employee Level Working with Children Check and current First Aid Certificate Level 2 minimum (essential)</li> <li>Excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and data base management</li> <li>Demonstrated commitment to the provision of welcoming and effective customer service</li> <li>Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, work well under pressure in a dynamic environment and manage competing tasks with a high level of attention to detail both individually and within a team</li> <li>Previous work in an educational setting would be advantageous but is not essential.</li> </ul> <p>If this sounds like the role for you then don’t hesitate, apply now.
