We believe that this approach, combined with our outstanding facilities and resources, creates a learning environment that inspires and motivates our students to reach their full potential.<br><br><br><strong>About the Position</strong><br> The People and Culture Manager is responsible for leading all Human Resources functions and initiatives across the organisation to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and the implementation of HR best practices.<br><br> The role is central to enhancing workforce capability and organisational culture in alignment with strategic goals.
