We have an opportunity for a qualified, passionate, engaging, innovative and dynamic teacher to fill the role of PDHPE/Sports Primary Teacher.
<p>Mount Annan Christian College (MACC) is a co-educational Prep to Year 12 Christian College in the Macarthur region. <p>We have an opportunity for a qualified, passionate, engaging, innovative and dynamic teacher to fill the role of PDHPE/Sports Primary Teacher commencing Term 3, 2025.</p>
<p>This is a permanent, full time position working across Kindergarten to Year 6 in accordance with our RFF program.</p>
<p><strong>The successful candidate will:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Be energetic, motivated and contribute to the innovative educational direction that exists within the College</li>
<li>Create engaging and dynamic learning experiences</li>
<li>Demonstrate a passion for both teaching and pursuing innovative thinking through differentiated and individualised PE lessons</li>
<li>Plan and implement programs for both Physical Education and Sport</li>
<li>Participate in IPSSO (Independent Primary Schools Sports Organisation) and CSSA (Christian Schools Sports Association) events</li>
<li>Together with the Director of Sports & Co-Curricular P-12 and the PE team, support all school sporting carnivals and other Primary years sporting events</li>
<li>Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as demonstrate excellent time management skills</li>
<li>Participate in pastoral and co-curricular programs, including student wellbeing initiatives, school camps and excursions</li>
<li>Have a suitable Primary Education or Secondary PDHPE Degree</li>
<li>Have the ability to assent to the College's Statement of Faith</li>
</ul>
<p>NESA Accreditation and a current Working With Children Check (WWC) number is required. <br><br>
Applicants must be committed Christians with an active involvement in a local church. <br><br>
