We're excited to announce the opening of Aspire 10 Coordinator positions (2 x POL 1 roles)&nbsp;starting in January 2026.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Overseeing selection of students for the program.</li> <li>Designing the timetable in consultation with the College Timetabler.</li> <li>Overseeing the conduct and welfare needs of students.</li> <li>Building the capacity of teachers in the program through coaching and coordinated professional learning.</li> <li>Representing the Aspire 10 program at forums within the College.</li> <li>Providing a monthly report to the Deputy Principal (Learning and Teaching) and Curriculum Leader (9&amp;10) on issues related to the Aspire 10 program.</li> <li>With the Deputy Principal (Learning and Teaching) and the Curriculum Leaders, analyse and evaluate school data.</li> <li>Ensure Aspire 10 is an effective bridging program to students for suitable pathways.</li> <li>Act as the contact between the Aspire 10 program and other staff on issues related to the program.</li> <li>Co-ordinate contact between outside groups and the Aspire 10 program.</li> <li>To oversee the OH&amp;S components and Operoo involved in Aspire 10 programs and events.</li> <li>Provide written reports on the Program when required.</li> <li>Initiate and write applications for special funding from government and other outside bodies.<strong>&nbsp;</strong><br><br> &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Committed to the values and ethos of Catholic education</li> <li>Successful teaching experience</li> <li>Demonstrated the capacity to initiate improvement in teaching, learning and classroom practice</li> <li>Details of recent post graduate study and/or immediate intentions for future study</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to foster and develop appropriate relationships with the staff, students, parents and the wider community</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cohesively with teams within the school</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to plan and manage resources effectively and equitably to support the educative programs of the school.</li> <li>highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise and communicate effectively with people at all levels and from varying backgrounds</li> <li>sound organisational and administrative skills</li> <li>ability to work collaboratively and facilitate dynamic teamwork</li> <li>proven capacity to work independently and effectively in the face of changing priorities, deadlines and pressure</li> <li>commitment to ongoing professional learning<br><br> &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;Position Classification:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Position: Aspire 10 Coordinator - (2 x POL 1 roles)&nbsp;</li> <li>Remuneration: As per CEMEA</li> <li>Tenure: January 2026 - January 2029 with the potential for an ongoing teaching position.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Review: Annual reviews based on self and peer appraisal and goal setting.<br><br> &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>If you would be a great fit, we encourage you to apply.</p> <p><br> Please submit a cover letter and resume along with your application.</p> <p><strong>Applications close Monday, 14th July 2025,&nbsp; 4pm.</strong></p>
