<p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p> <p>Wagga Wagga Christian College is seeking a SLSO to support teachers in creating a positive and productive learning environment and ensure that all students can have the opportunity to succeed academically and socially for independent learning and confident participation in the College and wider community.</p> <p>A SLSO, will play a vital role in providing tailored educational and emotional support to secondary school students with diverse learning needs. This includes working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.</p> <p>The responsibilities can vary based on the year level, subject, and specific needs of the students and teachers.</p>
